Customer Reviews
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a few different loose leaf teas, including the Earl Grey and some Rooibos. The quality of the tea itself is really good, very fresh and flavorful. I was happy with that. My only small complaint was the delivery; it took a full 9 days to arrive in Los Angeles. Not terrible, but a little longer than I expected for an online order these days. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a solid choice for tea, just don't be in a huge rush.
Comprehensive tea order experience
I placed a fairly large order with De Theebaron last month, including some black tea, a matcha kom, and a few theefilters. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate, with good descriptions for each tea type. Everything was well-packaged when it arrived, protecting the delicate matcha bowl. Shipping took a little over a week, which felt standard for an international order to the US. I did have a question about brewing instructions for one of the herbal teas, and their customer support via email was helpful and replied within 24 hours. The quality of the black tea was excellent, rich and bold, and the matcha kom is beautiful and sturdy. The theefilters are also good quality and fit my teapots perfectly. I appreciated the range of products they offer, making it a one-stop shop for my tea needs. I'd definitely consider ordering from them again for future tea stock-ups.
Loved my Sencha!
Just received my order of Sencha green tea and it's fantastic! The aroma when I opened the bag was so fresh, and the taste is just what I hoped for. Shipping was pretty quick too, took about 6 days to get here. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more tea and maybe some accessories. Recommended!

Thinking of trying some new herbal teas. Are the 'sleep well' or 'detox' teas actually effective or just marketing hype?
